Thank you for shopping at Sauravi Resin Art. As all our resin art pieces are carefully handcrafted, we have a strict policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Cancellations : Orders for ready-to-ship items can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.* Custom or personalized resin art orders cannot be cancelled once the crafting process has begun (typically within 24 hours of order confirmation).
Returns & Refunds : Because our items are handmade, slight variations in color, micro-bubbles, or minor imperfections are natural characteristics of resin art and do not qualify as defects. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the product arrives physically damaged during transit. To claim a refund for a damaged item, you must contact us at vaishnavisonar014@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must include clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damaged product and the original packaging.
Refund Processing : Once your claim is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
