Product Descriptions & Handmade Nature : We make every effort to display the colors and images of our resin art as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of resin curing, small bubbles, slight color shifts, and minor imperfections may occur. These are not defects but proof of authenticity. All sizes and measurements are approximate.
Pricing & Payments :
Domestic Orders (India) : Prices for customers within India are listed and charged in INR (Indian Rupees, ₹). Domestic payments are securely processed through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets supported by Razorpay.
International Orders : Prices for international customers are listed and charged in USD (US Dollars, $). International payments are securely processed through PayPal.
Currency Conversion & Fees : For international transactions, the final amount charged to your account may vary slightly depending on the exact exchange rate applied by PayPal or your credit card issuer at the time of processing. Any local customs duties, import taxes, or international bank fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Price Changes : All product prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, you will be charged the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
Gateway Terms : By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor (Razorpay for domestic, PayPal for international) handling your transaction.
Shipping & Delivery : Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 7 business days. Custom orders require 15 to 30 days for crafting and curing before dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Limitation of Liability : Sauravi Resin Art shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Care instructions are provided with our products (e.g., keeping resin away from direct sunlight and extreme heat); failure to follow these instructions voids any claim for product degradation.
Governing Law : These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhuj/Gujarat.
